Thank you for choosing to purchase online at www.bloxracing.com. Please read the following, as it pertains to all online orders placed through www.bloxracing.com:
Domestic Orders
- All orders placed online will be processed and emailed to BLOX Racing sales department. A confirmation email will be sent notifying puchaser that the order was placed and received. Email will be sent within 24 hrs during Monday - Friday. Order placed Friday - Sunday will be confirmed the following business day.
- Confirmation email will state if the product is available and ready to ship or temporarily out of stock. An ETA on availability will be given if product is out of stock. The customer then has the choice to cancel the order or have it placed on "back-order" until it is back in-stock.
- All credit cards will be processed manually at BLOX Racing. If any credit card of payment issues arises, the purchaser will be notified immediately.
- Once payment has been processed, the order will be scheduled for shipment. The purchaser will be emailed a corresponding tracking number.
- All online orders within the continental United Sates (lower 48 states) and qualified US military bases will received free shipping via standard USPS or FedEx ground.
International Orders
- Purchaser will be contacted with shipping prices to add to the final price of online order.
- Purchaser will need to verify credit card billing and shipping information. This is a necessary step in order to prevent credit card theft and identity fraud.
- In certain instances when payment information cannot be verified, payment will then be required via bank wire transfer or PayPal.
