BLOX Racing Tuner Series throttle bodies are alternatives to its line of billet throttle bodies. These units are cast in aluminum and are direct-fit for the Honda B/D/H and F-series engines. The Tuner Series throttle body looks and feels like an OEM unit but definitely out performs it. The larger bore sizes help to optimize incoming airflow and increases horsepower and torque.
BLOX Racing Tuner Series throttle bodies each include a matching gasket.

BLOX Racing offers a throttle body adapter for Honda K-series enthusiasts wanting to use the RBC intake manifold while retaining the drive-by-cable operation.
In a nutshell, the RBC intake manifold is one of the best performing intake manifold's for the K-series engine but is hampered by the factory's electronic drive-by-wire system for K-swapped golden era vehicles.
Using the BLOX Racing throttle body adapter allows the enthusiast and engine builder to bolt on a BLOX Racing billet K-series or the OEM K20A2 throttle body onto the RBC intake manifold, providing quicker throttle response and intake airflow.

BLOX Racing K-series dual-pattern throttle bodies fit both PRB/PRC and RBC/RRC intake manifolds WITHOUT the aide of a throttle body adapter plate.
Each is CNC machined from billet aluminum. Precision machined butterfly plates proper and consistent opening and closing. New throttle springs provide crisp response each time the engine is revved. Units are anodized to resist corrosion and are available in black and silver finishes.
The IACV can be used or blocked off for full race applications. Throttle bodies include hardware and new gasket. All factory sensors can be reused without any modifications.

Our throttle body is a Plug-n-Play direct OEM replacement that does NOT require swapping electric motors, wiring or mounting adapters. These units are not re-manufactured. Each throttle body includes all new components including a CNC machined billet 6061-T6 aluminum housing with a precision-honed oversized bore, a responsive high-torque servo motor, and a proprietary Non-Contact Hall Effect TPS sensor. To ensure the best performance, throttle response and drive-ability, each TPS sensor is calibrated to meet the specific requirements of the vehicles engine management system. This adapter allows users to install almost any B/D/H throttle body on to a RBC or RBC-style intake manifold. Now tuners and builders can reap the performance gains by installing BLOX Racing cast or billet B-series throttle bodies ranging from 66mm to 76mm bore sizes.
Installation is made simple and quick with included stainless steel hardware and gaskets. Tuners and builder can also take advantage by now using TPS from B-series.

One area the L15B7 needed immediate improvement was the throttle body. The OEM throttle body measures 56mm at the opening but tapers down to a narrow 50.5mm at the manifold. This taper chokes incoming air and robs the engine of potential power.
BLOX Racing's newest throttle bodies are available in 56mm and 58mm bores sizes, with minimal tapering. Each is CNC machined from billet aluminum and incorporates a new drive-by-wire motor. BLOX Racing has spent months road testing making sure there was not corruption between the drive-by-wire motor and ECU.
The larger throttle bodies offer increases in airflow resulting in additional horsepower and torque gains. Throttle bodies include hardware and reuse the factory's O-ring gasket.
