BLOX Racing’s Sidewinder (featured here) is available for Honda K-series engines and features a unique dual-pattern turbo inlet flange.  This industry-first will give the customer the choice of starting with a T3 turbo and later upgrading to a T4 without having to purchase a brand new manifold.

The manifold also features a V-band wastegate flange that will accommodate 44mm, 45mm and 46mm sizes from most popular brands.

Manifolds are constructed from Schedule 40 T304 stainless steel and TIG-welded.  The 11mm thick flanges provide additional strength and rigidity.  The 4-1 design provides proper cylinder pairing to create equal pressures from each cylinder to ensure maximum flow.  This design places the turbo over the transmission for additional clearance and access for larger sized turbos.

BLOX Racing’s Top Mount manifold (featured here) is available for Honda B-series engines and features a unique dual-pattern turbo inlet flange.  This industry-first will give the customer the choice of starting with a T3 turbo and later upgrading to a T4 without having to purchase a brand new manifold.

The manifold also features a V-band wastegate flange that will accommodate 44mm, 45mm and 46mm sizes from most popular brands.

Manifolds are constructed from Schedule 40 T304 stainless steel and TIG-welded.  The 11mm thick flanges provide additional strength and rigidity.  The 4-1 design provides equal pressures across each cylinder to ensure maximum flow and quicker spooling for larger turbos.  With this design, the turbo and related parts are easily accessible.

BLOX Racing’s Ram Horn is available for Honda B-series engines and features a unique dual-pattern turbo inlet flange.  This industry-first will give the customer the choice of starting with a T3 turbo and later upgrading to a T4 without having to purchase a brand new manifold.

The manifold also features a V-band wastegate flange that will accommodate 38mm and 40mm wastegates from most popular brands.

Manifolds are constructed from Schedule 30 T304 stainless steel and TIG-welded.  The 11mm thick flanges provide additional strength and rigidity.  The ram horn design features equal length runners that create quicker spooling of larger turbos.  The ram horn’s bottom mount design also provides a more compact fitment, compared to its Top Mount counterpart.

BLOX MLS gaskets are heavy duty and intended to withstand the rigors and high heat temperatures of turbocharged engines. These high quality, premium gaskets are constructed from stainless steel and feature 6-layers of durability and reliability. For additional assurance and peace of mind, each MLS gasket is secured with stainless steel fire-rings. Once the gasket is installed and properly tightened, the fire-rings crush and create a stronger seal.

Initial MLS offerings are for T3 and T4 turbo flanges. More sizes and applications to follow.
