BLOX Racing exhaust headers are made using 16-gauge T304 stainless steel. In general, T304 stainless steel headers are available in Hi-Flo and Max-Flo (2-pc, 4-2-2-1 Tri-Y) for B-series engines and a K-Swap (2-pc, 4-2-1 Tri-Y) application for K-series engines in EG, EK and DC chassis.
Each header features mandrel-bent, stepped tubing; TIG-welded seams and CNC machined flanges measuring 10mm (head) and 8mm (at collector). BLOX Racing matches cylinders 1&3, 2&4 together.

BLOX MLS gaskets are heavy duty and intended to withstand the rigors and high heat temperatures of turbocharged engines. These high quality, premium gaskets are constructed from stainless steel and feature 6-layers of durability and reliability. For additional assurance and peace of mind, each MLS gasket is secured with stainless steel fire-rings. Once the gasket is installed and properly tightened, the fire-rings crush and create a stronger seal.

BLOX Racing continues to expand its line-up for universal mufflers. Now, added back into the mix are its N1 mufflers featuring angle-cut and straight-cut tips. All mufflers are manufactured out of stainless steel.
N1 mufflers with angle-cut and straight-cut tips are available in 60.5mm (2.25″), 63.5mm (2.5″) and 76.2mm (3″) and each includes bolt-in silencers that do not effect flow.
