Each slave cylinder is cast using the same manufacturing process as OEM but then is treated with a special, zinc coating process that provides additional protection from corrosion and helps to increase durability and longetivity. BLOX Racing’s roll center adjusters are extended ball joints that are designed to directly replace the factory ball joint inside the front knuckles.
When a vehicle is lowered, the geometry of the front suspension becomes altered. The lower the vehicle is, the greater the angles are increased. This change drastically affects camber and caster, steering response, stability, handling and cornering performance. With its increased length, the extended ball joints are able to reposition and correct the angles of the front knuckles and lower control arms.
The resulting correction in the suspension’s geometry will improve response and handling and increase tire contact patch and tread life, while making alignments more consistent.
BLOX Racing Ti exhaust headers are made using Grade 1 titanium. Grade 1 is the purest form available commercially and is the perfect choice for high end motorsports and racing products.
In general, titanium headers are available in Hi-Flo and Max-Flo (2-pc, 4-2-2-1 Tri-Y) for B-series engines and a K-Swap (2-pc, 4-2-1 Tri-Y) application for K-series engines in EG, EK and DC chassis. Each Ti header is handmade and hand TIG-welded; features stepped tubing; laser-cut flanges measuring 8mm (at cylinder head and at collector). Wall thickness measures 1mm. BLOX Racing matches cylinders 1&3, 2&4 together.
